By all accounts both celiac disease and gluten intolerance are being diagnosed much more widely and we’ve been receiving a lot of questions from our customers about what foods do or don’t contain gluten.
A gluten-free diet excludes the protein gluten, often found in grains such as wheat, barley and rye. A gluten-free diet helps people with celiac disease control their signs, symptoms and prevent complications.
